HIGH VALUE MAN COACHING LLC DBA Saving The Man Coaching - Terms & Conditions
This Terms of Service (“Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “Participant”) and HIGH VALUE MAN COACHING LLC DBA Saving The Man Coaching (“Company” or “Saving The Man Coaching”), governing your use and access to our coaching services, programs, content, and products available through our platform. The terms “we,” “us,” and “Company” refer to HIGH VALUE MAN COACHING LLC DBA Saving The Man Coaching, and the terms “you” or “Participant” refer to the individual registering for or participating in the coaching program. By clicking the “I Agree to the Terms of Service” box, (i) accessing or using any part of the platform, or (ii) initiating any transaction, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDES PROVISIONS FOR BINDING ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, WHICH INCLUDES A WAIVER OF YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR A CLASS ACTION.
1. Coaching Program Services
Saving The Man Coaching offers unlimited group coaching services, one-on-one coaching, content, and tools as part of its coaching program. These services (collectively referred to as “Program Services”) may include group calls, consultations, training programs, and additional resources offered via the platform.
2. Changes to Program Services
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Program Services at any time. We reserve the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at our discretion by posting revised terms on our platform. Continued use of the Program Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
3. Eligibility for Participation
To register for the program, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence.
